Material Composition
This wafer butterfly valve body is mainly cast of **GGG‑40.3 low‑temperature ductile iron**. Alternative materials include regular ductile iron, WCB carbon steel, CF8/CF8M stainless steel and duplex steel. It maintains good mechanical toughness under low‑temperature working conditions, with reliable pressure‑bearing and corrosion‑resistant performance for marine and chemical pipelines.

Dimensional Specifications
Standard size DN150, pressure rating PN16. A full range of standard DN sizes are available. Non‑custom dimensions are acceptable per customer drawings, complying with ANSI, DIN, ISO and marine industry standards.

Certifications And Approvals
Material Test Report(MTR) for GGG‑40.3 is available. Products can pass third‑party inspection. Lloyd’s Register marine certification can be provided to satisfy marine project requirements.

Compact wafer‑type structure with integrated shaft bosses. Optimized internal flow channel reduces flow resistance. Wafer mounting design for installation between pipe flanges, simple assembly, stable valve‑rod connection and long‑term reliable operation.

Surface Finishing
Casting surface adopts shot‑blasting treatment. Anti‑rust primer painting is optional. The sealing seating face is precision‑machined to high surface finish to ensure stable sealing performance.
