Material Composition
Body and gland are produced from EN 1.4408 (GX5CrNiMo19-11-2) cast austenitic stainless steel, equivalent to ASTM A351 CF8M / JIS SCS14A. The Mo-bearing chemistry (2–2.5% Mo) delivers superior resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion compared to standard 18/8 grades. Solution-annealed for optimal ductility and corrosion performance. MTR (EN 10204 3.1) available on request.

Dimensional Specifications
DN100 nominal bore, PN16 pressure rating. Standard wafer face-to-face per EN 558 / ISO 5752. Lug hole pattern and top flange drilling to customer specification. Cast identification "6743 DN100" for traceability. Custom wall thickness, seat groove depth, and hole layouts available from drawings.

Certifications And Approvals
Material traceability by cast heat number. EN 10204 3.1 MTR supplied on request covering chemical analysis and mechanical properties (Rm 440–640 MPa, Rp0.2 ≥185 MPa). Hydrostatic shell test and seat test per API 598 / EN 12266 available. Third-party inspection supported.

Design And Construction
Wafer-type butterfly valve body with dual lug mounting holes and a central elastomeric seat groove. Integrated top flange (ISO 5211 pattern) accepts stem and actuator. Gland (packing gland) in matched 1.4408 compresses graphite or PTFE packing against the stem for zero external leakage. Compact sandwich profile fits between standard PN16 flanges.

Surface Finishing
CNC-machined sealing faces and stem bore with controlled surface roughness. Natural mill finish as standard; pickling/passivation or electropolish available for hygienic or aggressive-service applications. Machined gland mating surfaces hold tight tolerances for consistent packing compression.

Customization And Modifications
OEM and drawing-based customization welcomed. Options include: seat elastomer (EPDM / NBR / PTFE / Viton), stem material (1.4401 / 17-4PH), surface treatment (passivation / electropolish), actuator mounting (ISO 5211 flange), and lug pattern modification. Prototyping and batch production for DN100 CF8M wafer valve bodies and gland assemblies.
